As the volunteer Board of Directors for our association, we are honored to serve our vibrant and diverse community. We are a group of seven dedicated individuals committed to ensuring the smooth and transparent governance of our association, and we would like to take this opportunity to share our mission and ongoing efforts with you.

Our Purpose and Mission

1. Transparency of Assessment Fees:

   • We are committed to maintaining complete transparency regarding the use of your yearly assessment fees. All details will be clearly outlined and consistently posted on our association’s website.

   • By discussing fees and policies openly and upfront, we aim to foster trust and harmony within our community.

2. Clear Financial Reporting:

   • We strive to provide a comprehensive understanding of the association’s financial status. To achieve this, monthly treasurer’s reports will be made available to all members.

   • Additionally, an annual budget will be prepared and presented for approval by the entire membership, ensuring that everyone has a voice in the financial planning of our community.

3. Access to Governing Documents:

   • All members will have easy access to the association’s governing documents, including covenants, by-laws, and current board policies.

   • These documents will remain readily available on our website for your convenience and reference.
